We are always grateful for the contributions of service users and the team for their feedback and advice. If you have some suggestions as to how Platform 1 could improve on what we do, what you feel that Platform 1 has failed to do or if you feel someone has been treated badly or unfairly, please communicate with us either in person informally or make a formal complaint. Follow the procedure below. If you feel you need assistance at any step of the process or contact details for any of the named individuals, please enquire at the office (if possible).
Speak to your supervisor, or lead person or named person below. This could sort out the problem quickly. This should be handled on the day.
The lead individual for the Crisis Team is Gez Walsh
The lead individual for the Junction is Bob Morse
The lead individual for the overall Site is Wayne Fenwick
If the issue is not addressed to your satisfaction, speak formally with a member of the Platform 1 management: Bob Morse (Project Manager) or Gez Walsh (Project Leader) They will make a record of your concern or complaint, including what they have done to resolve it. This will occur within 1 day and will be communicated to the trustees.
If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, speak with a member of the board of Trustees

The Chair of Trustees is PHIL CLARK.
The Secretary of the Trustees is TEJINDER BIRK
If the trustee is unable to resolve the issue independently, your concern or complaint will be raised at the next Trustee Meeting, and you will hear back within 30 days
The Chair of Trustee’s will write to you within 14 days of the Trustee Meeting to let you know how the concern or complaint has been resolved.
If you are not happy with the outcome, please raise your concerns with the office or contact Kirklees Adult Social Care and let them know how Platform 1 has dealt with your concern or complaint.
