Donations and Fundraising
Platform 1 exists to serve the community, work closely with all the services as well as the local doctors and mental health service. We work with all of the community no mater of gender, social economic background, ethnic background or sexuality, people are people!
For any person that has used our service they come to realise the importance of the help we offer on may different levels, so they often ask how they can donate to our charity.
Though we have a fantastic funding team we are always so grateful for any extra funds to help us deliver our help to even more people.
How To Donate
Donate By Post / In Person
Make the cheque out to Platform 1 and send it to, Platform 1, 7 Railway Street Huddersfield, HD11LA, or you can call into the office for a cuppa and a chat and if you wish to donate please talk to one of the office team.
Donate Online
You can make a donation by credit or debit card or via PayPal through our donation page powered by CAF (Charities Aid Foundation). You can choose to make it either a one off gift or a regular donation.
Donate by Text
You can also make a donation using your mobile phone by simply texting UCARE plus the amount you wish to donate to 70085.

Honley Male Voice Choir
A fundraising Concert is being given by the Honley Male Voice Choir at St Peter’s Parish Church in Huddersfield on the 15th of September 2023. Entry is Free.
Eamonn Holmes
Eamonn Holmes is Presenting “My Story For You” at the Huddersfield Town Hall on Friday the 27th of October. Tickets are £25 and Doors open 6.30pm.

Why not do a sponsored parachute jump, fun run, walk or why not organise a comedy night, disco or Karaoke. What about doing something completely mad and sit in a tub of baked beans, dress up and go out collecting, the ideas are endless but you must stay safe, while having fun!
